My work sits at the intersection of imagination, symbolism and atmosphere.
I pay particular attention to light, color and space to create images that suggest more than they reveal.

View portfolio →A series of visual essays dedicated to the photographs of Albert Watson.
Through a series of videos, I explore the composition, symbolism, cultural references, and narrative structures that shape Albert Watson's photographs.
Each analysis is conceived as an exercise in art direction: the selection of reference works, visual correspondences, writing, rhythm, music, and editing all contribute to a more intuitive and nuanced reading of the image.
The goal is not to explain the photographer's intentions, but to open up new perspectives and reveal how a single photograph can unfold multiple layers of meaning.
Each video offers an in-depth reading of an image through its composition, lighting, symbolism, and cultural references.
Reference image selection, visual research, image comparisons, and the careful staging of each analysis.
Writing, rhythm, music, and editing shape an immersive narrative that guides the viewer's eye and reveals multiple layers of interpretation.
Creating a visual universe is a process shaped by experimentation, exploration and continuous evolution.
This section follows the journey that led me to a personal visual identity, from early sketches to finished illustrations, through experiments with color, light and visual storytelling.
Each image represents another step in this evolution, where every creative decision gradually contributes to building a coherent visual language.

Creating images where light, color and atmosphere become elements of storytelling.
I am Sakina Zeghloul, also known as StreetAtNight, a freelance illustrator specializing in the creation of digital environments and poetic visual worlds.
Based in Paris, I develop a sensitive visual language where light, color and atmosphere play a central role in the construction of the image.
My compositions explore the relationship between space, emotion and storytelling. Empty space is not considered as an absence, but as a presence that contributes to the balance of the image.
Light becomes a narrative element in itself, capable of transforming a scene and suggesting multiple layers of interpretation.
This approach also led me to explore video editing, where rhythm, movement and the sequencing of shots become new storytelling tools.
